1. Purpose

These Venue and Partner Terms apply to venue owners, facility managers, partner admins, venue staff, and other operators who list or manage venues, facilities, courts, schedules, pricing, offers, bookings, payouts, reports, or business intelligence through SportPulse.

If a separate signed or accepted agreement exists between SportPulse and a venue partner, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Partner Authority

By using partner tools, you represent that:

  • You have authority to act for the venue, facility, academy, or business.
  • Information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You have rights to use venue names, logos, images, addresses, phone numbers, emails, prices, offers, schedules, and descriptions.
  • You will comply with applicable laws, permits, taxes, safety rules, labor obligations, consumer protection laws, and venue operating requirements.

3. Venue Listing Information

You are responsible for keeping current:

  • Venue name, address, city, location coordinates, opening and closing hours.
  • Contact email and phone number.
  • Facilities, courts, sports, capacity, surfaces, indoor/outdoor status, images, and amenities.
  • Court availability, maintenance blocks, schedule templates, pricing rules, offers, and restrictions.
  • Footwear, equipment, age, membership, ID, safety, access, parking, and house rules.

Misleading, outdated, or incomplete listing information may lead to refunds, user disputes, delisting, suspension, or other action.

4. Bookings

Venue partners must honor confirmed bookings unless cancellation is necessary for safety, force majeure, maintenance, legal compliance, or another legitimate reason.

Partners must:

  • Manage court availability accurately.
  • Avoid double-booking.
  • Inform users promptly of changes.
  • Provide the booked court or a reasonable equivalent where possible.
  • Cooperate with reschedules, refunds, and support cases.
  • Mark booking status honestly.

SportPulse may record booking status, payment status, refund status, reschedules, reviews, and disputes.

5. Pricing, Offers, and Taxes

Partners are responsible for accurate pricing, discounts, offers, taxes, and fee disclosures. You must not advertise false discounts, hidden charges, unavailable offers, or misleading availability.

Platform fees, commissions, subscription charges, service charges, taxes, GST treatment, payout deductions, and invoice treatment may be shown in the partner dashboard, onboarding flow, checkout, invoice, commercial terms, or a separate written agreement.

SportPulse may calculate fees, payouts, invoices, or reports based on booking and transaction records. Partners should promptly report discrepancies.

6. Payments, Payouts, Invoices, and Wallets

SportPulse may process or record payment transactions, refunds, invoices, wallet balances, and payouts for venue services. Payouts may be subject to:

  • Payment processor rules.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Refunds.
  • Taxes.
  • Platform fees.
  • Minimum payout thresholds.
  • Partner verification.
  • Compliance holds.
  • Fraud or dispute reviews.

Payout cycles, minimum payout thresholds, settlement timing, payment-provider rules, and reconciliation details may be shown in the partner dashboard, invoice, onboarding flow, commercial terms, or a separate written agreement.

SportPulse may offset refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, or unpaid fees from future payouts where permitted by law and contract.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Venue-specific cancellation rules must be disclosed before booking. If not disclosed, the default Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy applies.

Partners may be responsible for refund costs where refunds arise from:

  • Venue closure.
  • Inaccurate availability.
  • Double booking.
  • Facility unavailability.
  • Misrepresented listing.
  • Staff refusal without valid reason.
  • Safety or hygiene issues.
  • Partner breach of these terms.

8. Venue Safety and Operations

Partners are responsible for:

  • Safe premises.
  • Court maintenance.
  • Equipment safety.
  • Emergency procedures.
  • Staff conduct.
  • Crowd management.
  • Lighting, flooring, ventilation, cleanliness, and access.
  • Compliance with applicable permits, fire, health, municipal, and sports-facility requirements.
  • Reporting serious incidents to SportPulse where they affect bookings or users.

SportPulse does not inspect or certify every venue unless expressly stated.

9. User Data and Privacy

Partners may receive user information needed to fulfill bookings, resolve disputes, provide support, manage operations, or comply with law. Partners must:

  • Use user data only for authorized SportPulse-related purposes.
  • Protect personal data.
  • Limit staff access to need-to-know roles.
  • Not export, sell, spam, or misuse user data.
  • Not contact users outside reasonable booking, support, venue, or SportPulse-related purposes.
  • Delete or return personal data when no longer needed, unless legally required to retain it.

Partners must notify SportPulse promptly of unauthorized access, misuse, or breach involving SportPulse user data.

10. Reviews, Reports, and Business Intelligence

SportPulse may provide booking history, reports, analytics, invoices, partner dashboards, and business intelligence. These are provided for operational insight and may contain errors, delays, estimates, or incomplete data.

Partners must not use reports to make unlawful, discriminatory, or unsafe decisions.

Premium venue intelligence may be subject to Subscription and Billing Terms.

11. Images, Logos, and Venue Content

By uploading venue images, facility photos, logos, offers, descriptions, or other content, partners grant SportPulse permission to host, display, resize, adapt, promote, and distribute that content in connection with SportPulse.

Partners represent that they have all rights and consents needed for uploaded content, including consent from people shown in images.

12. Staff and Role Management

Partners are responsible for staff accounts, role assignments, facility-manager permissions, partner-admin permissions, and removing access when staff leave or no longer need it.

Actions taken by authorized staff may bind the partner.

13. Suspension or Delisting

SportPulse may suspend, restrict, or delist partner access or venue listings for:

  • Unsafe venue conditions.
  • Repeated user complaints.
  • Fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
  • Misleading listings.
  • Unavailable facilities.
  • Data misuse.
  • Abuse, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Legal, tax, app-store, payment-provider, or compliance issues.
  • Breach of these terms.

14. Partner Support and Disputes

Contact support@sportpulse.in for booking disputes, payout issues, listing changes, user complaints, or partner access concerns.

SportPulse may ask for logs, CCTV references, staff statements, invoices, booking records, tax details, or other evidence when resolving disputes, subject to law.
